Readings at Midday Prayer have been added for the festival half of the Church Year. We have included alternate Compline hymns. After Latin Compline, German Compline has been added. We have included the Flexible Psalm Schedule The daily Lectionary from the Common Service takes the place of the Lectionary included in the 1st edition. In response to requests, we have added suggested seasonal Psalm Tones Finally, new Canticle Antiphons for Ember Days, full propers for the Beheading of John the Baptist (Aug. 29) from The Anglican Breviary, and a Prayer for the Church after the Collects for All Occasions have been added.
