This book was released on 2023-02-14 with total page 219 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Billions of world citizens entrust their quality of life to hundreds of leaders whose Nation-States are members of the United Nations General Assembly. Collectively, the heads of these United Nations Generally Assembly members lead thousands of elected officials, appointed officials, policy makers, regulatory bodies and enforcement officials to make sure that their respective citizens enjoy a good quality of life and are not exposed to unnecessary risk. At least as early as April 9, 2005, the world's first peer-to-peer electronic cash system was created by Santosh Bungay, for the creation of PrivateLender.org (www.privatelender.org); a rudimentary service built on a global computer network, programmed in classical computer programming paradigm programming language known as C++. By 2008, the underlying system was transformed by A. K. (Anoop) Bungay from a commercialized classical computer based process to a commercialized quantum computer based process by applying principles, concepts and core methods of non-novel (exact) conformity science. The generic name for the goods and services that allow for the cash to transfer from one person to another is known as a conformity science-based management system and, when used-in-commerce, is known by a family of world famous marks; source identifier trademark brand names, including: BUNGAY INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY CONFORMITY OF ORGANIZATION AND INDIVIDUAL NETWORK: BITCOIN™; BITCOIN™ brand of conformity science-based applications. BUNGAY INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY CONFORMITY OF ORGANIZATION AND INDIVIDUAL NETWORK MORTGAGE: BITMORTGAGE™; BITMORTGAGE® brand of finance. BUNGAY LOGIC AND ORDER CONFORMITY KERNEL; CYBER/NON-CYBER HARMONIZED ARTIFICIAL/NON-ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENT NETWORK: BLOCKCHAIN™; BLOCKCHAIN™ brand of conformity science-based applications. The process of operating a peer-to-peer electronic cash system is requires specialized education that takes at least 4 years for a "Bachelor" level of education from an accredited or ACCREDITED CLASS® educational institution; and an additional 2-3 years for a "Master" level of education and an additional 2-4 years for a "Doctorate" and more years for ongoing research. The underlying commercial system is classified as an EXPERT SYSTEM and follows a prescribed implementation and must be used as directed. This textbook shows the historical inter-relationship between non-novel (exact) conformity science and the United Nations.

It is already transforming the business world, and companies such as IBM and Microsoft are making significant investments in Blockchain THIS IS A NON-TECHNICAL INTRODUCTION What is it good for? Smart contracts - Supply chain management - Relief efforts - Medical research - Epidemiology - and, yes, least important, bitcoin. From IBM to the UN, blockchain is already impacting how large organizations work.` Why learn about blockchain? Harvard Business Review says blockchain could reshape the economy. $400 million US will be invested in blockchain business technology in 2019. Blockchain is a form of distributed database - It is NOT synonymous with Bitcoin. Bitcoin is to blockchain as the dollar bill is to the printing press - Just One Example! Why should you learn about blockchain? After all, you have zero interest in cryptocurrencies, the semi-mythical money backed by nothing but complex encryption, not gold, not silver, not even a government or a bank. However, blockchain has almost nothing to do with Bitcoins. Bitcoin is to blockchain as spam is to email. That is, you can

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This volume covers a wide spectrum of governance issues relating to small states in a global context. While different definitions of governance are given in the chapters, most authors associate governance with the setting and implementation of policies aimed at managing a country or territory, and with the related institutional structures and interventions by political actors. Generally, good governance is associated with concepts such as policy effectiveness, accountability, transparency, control of corruption, encouragement of citizens’ voice and gender equality—factors which are, in turn, linked with democracy. What emerges from the book is that the societies of small states are being re-shaped by various forces outside their control, including the globalization process and climate change, rendering their governance ever more complex. These problems are not solely faced by small states, but small country size tends to lead to a higher degree of exposure to external factors. The chapters are grouped into four sections broadly covering political, environmental, social and economic governance. Governance is influenced by many, often intertwined, factors; the division of the book into four parts therefore does not detract from the fact that governance is multifaceted, and such division was based on the primary focus of each particular study and its main disciplinary background. The expert authors have, moreover, used a variety of approaches in the studies, the subject of small states being well suited to scholarly work from different disciplines using qualitative, quantitative and mixed approaches to arrive at useful conclusions.
