Reports were made by the Secretary, the Treasurer, the Librarian, and by the committee on Conservation of Wild Life. These reports appear further along in the volume. An auditing committee, consisting of Thomas L. Hankinson, Chas. T. Knipp, and J. C. Hessler, was appointed by the Presi dent, and on motion, the Treasurer's report was referred to this committee.
