When the coroner's report comes back that Frankie died of an overdose, it seems like a pretty open and shut case. But why would someone overdose in the backseat of their own car that was parked next to a gas station? None of it makes sense, at least not to Brigid and Sheriff Davis, and so they continue to try and find out exactly what happened in the time period right before Frankie's death. And when they do discover the truth, it's a very good thing that Brigid's big Newfoundland dog and her husband decide to help!
