Book excerpt: The entity's state of KNOWINGNESS in matters of the journey: remembering and returning, one's spiritual development, the purpose and direction, and its significance, remains up to God's Will and Pleasure to illumine and advance. Without God's Illumination, you do not understand that what you know and that degree of knowingness becomes the cage that holds you prisoner at all times, causing you to be your own worst enemy. It is a quagmire you cannot free yourself from, no matter what you may hear or come across. Without God's given Word, through His Messenger, you will never understand it, and there will be no interest or reason to do so. You will, in fact, be lost within yourself and not even know it. Individually and collectively, generation after generation, most of us have continued this same pattern of unawareness, as we transit from one to the next dream (world) state. We are trapped in a loop that is both the Whole within the Self, and the part within that Whole, each time we emerge to its surface. Each time we experience a state of consciousness, we become trapped in one of the many fractional and temporal, existential experiences held from within, and experienced from without. The entity has no recollection or memory of these fractional and temporal, existential experiences. Gradually, as the entity accrues virtues through The 2094 Sanction 57 the practice of ethical values, and a morally correct life-style, he or she experiences moments of clarity, fourth-dimensionally speaking, and is guided, discovering the Manifestation of God for the day and age of his or her emergence into a theater of life. This gradual process is part of one's awakening, remembering, and eventual return to one's higher Self. When the entity finally awakens and returns to Paradise, fully aware of his true Self, all thoughts and memories of former (dreams of) mortal worlds vanish. His attention is now focused on that which God, in His Infinite Mercy and Wisdom, has specifically designed for that particular entity. Since the entity is in an eternal companionship, the experiences of both entities will be coordinated to fulfill the Desire of God, the Creator, to carry out His Will and Pleasure. Whenever an entity leaves behind the worlds of illusion, they vanish without a traceas a tiny drop of water vanishes within an immense and immeasurable ocean. Were you, the reader, to have this experience of leaving the physical body and experience these Realms of Revelation, you would soon understand that nothing in this primitive world of time and space, life and death, with a diverse lack of attributes, has any true value whatsoever. The only worthiness found in these worlds within the Simulator is that they should remind the interacting participants (through their Soul-based awareness) that God is All There Is, for everything else is experienced as a vanishing point of vieweventually. Were it to be revealed to most of the people interacting and participating on any planet, as a unified system of intelligent life, the Beauty and the Joy eternally available in the Realms of God, all the persons sojourning there, would cease the moment to get to the Other side.

Book excerpt: The 1990s have been labeled the ‘Sanctions Decade’, since they witnessed an unprecedented intensification of the use of collective non-military enforcement measures, and in particular sanctions, by the post-Cold War reactivated Security Council. This Research Handbook studies the current practice of UN sanctions in international law, their interrelationship with other regimes and substantive areas of law, as well as issues arising from their implementation and application at the domestic level.

Book excerpt: Volume 2 This ascension may be greatly accelerated when accomplished in a divine relationship, an eternal companionship created originally by God between the two Soul-possessing Spirit beings in the beginning that has no beginning. The path to eternal companionship begins with two individuals—in the role of a man and a woman—following whatever script, costumes, and props he or she may be using in the theater of life. To simplify the journey as we search for the Truth, the individual—regardless of roles and scripts, costumes and props—must remember and return to his or her Higher Self, the (human) Soul-possessing Spirit (gated and modulated) being’s state, the fifth dimension of awareness. The individual must detach himself or herself from the ascribed value system that has been applied up until then in life. It is God the Creator who brings the shifts in our conscious awareness and the blessings of the Spirit (imperceptible fields of activities at first) that are continuously expressed in daily life, opportunities or concepts that bring closure to a project, recoveries from illnesses, the finding of one’s way in difficult situations, and conflict resolutions when all appears lost.

Book excerpt: Echoes of a Vision of Paradise Volume 1 presents the idea that a human, Soul-possessing Spirit Being—a gated, unmodulated potential carrier of light—who is unaware of the Divine Plan is not yet considered enlightened. To be enlightened one must be a Soul-possessing Spirit (gated and modulated) Being or an enlightened (aware of the engraved Image and Beauty of God within-Soul-possessing), Spirit (gated, modulated carrier), a Light being! To be an enlightened being, you are aware that you are aware that you are a manifestation of God—able to reflect, as in an image. Second, you have the knowingness that God does what He Wills and as He Pleases. In other words, you are His design and no matter what, all paths lead to God! Whatever one may be doing will eventually lead to the process of enlightenment. The only question remaining is, how do you choose to make your journey? Swift and smooth, or slow and harsh? *** One dot of light is a symbol used to represent the whole of Creation. Within this dot of light, everything that is unmanifested and manifested, hidden and seen, far and near is contained as an ever-present potential in transit, expanding and transcending over time into unified fields of a—the Spirit of slow, collapsing gating systems. Infinite points of entry are assembled into structures with forms and functions that translate information into systems of intelligent life and more, male and female human pairings as eternal companions that vibrate in a definite pattern of Light.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: It is important to understand that the Simulator exists to be experienced. Vis a Vis, that which is experienced, exists (as appearances and names). Yet, we know that all that is experienced is not real, and there is a lot more that exists that remains unexperienced. Moreover, in order to experience anything, the entity must be consciously aware of that which exists and is real, and since there is much more within the Simulator that remains hidden and unseen, there must be a Source that is Aware and is the First Cause of its existence for it to exist and be experienced, and that Source we call God. Additionally, in order for a state of conscious awareness in an entity, known as human by agreement, to exist and be Self-aware because it exists and is real, there must be a God that exists and is real that is both Aware and is Source of that state of heart and mind for it to exist and be experienced. Furthermore, in order for the experience of existence to occur and be experienced, there must be a God that is Source of all that was, is, and will be, for what is known as Creation, for that to exist, be real, and be experienced. For all this to be what it is, there must be a purpose, a direction, and a significance that all entities need to explore and discover, acknowledge and accept, appreciate and Remember its Cause , in order to Return and experience the SourceGod!

Book excerpt: There is so much murkiness within each point of view that prevents each of us from seeing and experiencing, knowing, and having the correct choices to progress toward Gods desired goal. Within our true nature as divine entities, the translucent complexity is brought into a singleness: our thoughts and feelings (from physiologically based states of consciousness) Spirits and Soul-based states of awareness are unified when we are properly modulated. Most beings ignore or deny the difficulties that occur when we choose egoic points of view rather than that of the First Mind. With the former disconnected viewpoints and the resulting lack of alignment and integration of Soul, Spirit, mind, and body within our Selves, we experience in our external worlds events and actions that reflect this improper arrangement and lack of coherence, as well as the distortion derived therefrom, from moment to moment. No amount of therapy and time can disentangle the disarray, the muddle of confusion, said predicament produces in the psyche of each and all. Suffice it to say, a transitory look at the world we live in reveals to any detached observer the games and traps being created from one to the next generation. Whether actively or passively pursued, these games cause effects which cost all of us, be it emotional or monetary costs, draining our production and reducing our resource utilization, or adding to a greater tragedythe loss of direction and meaning for our-Selves.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Marking the 50th anniversary of UN sanctions, this work examines the evolution of sanctions from a primary instrument of economic warfare to a tool of prevention and protection against global conflicts and human rights abuses. The rise of sanctions as a versatile and frequently used tool to confront the challenges of armed conflicts, terrorism, the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and violations of international humanitarian and human rights law, is rooted in centuries of trial and error of coercive diplomacy. The authors examine the history of UN sanctions and their potential for confronting emerging and future threats, including: cyberterrorism and information warfare, environmental crimes, and corruption. This work begins with a historical overview of sanctions and the development of the United Nations system. It then explores the consequences of the superpowers' Cold War stalemate, the role of the Non-Aligned Movement, and the subsequent transformation from a blunt, comprehensive approach to smart and fairer sanctions. By calibrating its embargoes, asset freezes and travel bans, the UN developed a set of tools to confront the new category of risk actors: armed non-state actors and militias, global terrorists, arms merchants and conflict minerals, and cyberwarriors. Section II analyzes all thirty UN sanctions regimes adopted over the past fifty years. These narratives explore the contemporaneous political and security context that led to the introduction of specific sanctions measures and enforcement efforts, often spearheaded for good or ill by the permanent five members of the Security Council. Finally, Section III offers a qualitative analysis of the UN sanctions system to identify possible areas for improvements to the current Security Council structure dominated by the five veto-wielding victors of World War II. This work will be of interest to researchers and practitioners in criminal justice, particularly with an interest in security, as well as related fields such as international relations and political science.

With contributions from academics, diplomats and UN panel experts, Yoshimura offers an analysis of how the UN financial sanctions have evolved, the different roles of various major international actors in agreeing and deploying them, and their success in achieving desired outcomes. It also sheds light on a vital role of Japan in the formulation and deployment of financial sanctions, as the third largest economy in the world with very limited armed forces and a pacifist constitution. Offering valuable consideration into one of the key implements of international law, this is an essential guide for scholars and practitioners in Diplomacy and International Relations.
