And the more you try to explain yourself, the more it seems to stir up confusion and conflict? Those are all signs that Leviathan is at work in your midst. Leviathan is a high-level demonic spirit that works subtly behind the scenes to twist and pervert communications with the goal of destroying relationships and alliances. It wants to derail your destiny. If this wicked spirit is allowed to run amok, it will infiltrate every area of your life, creating chaos, confusion, devastation, and destruction. But fear not, because you now hold in your hands the understanding, tools, and tactics you need to stop this demonic power in its tracks and remove it from your life and spheres of influence. Leviathan Exposed: Overcoming the Hidden Schemes of a Demonic King reveals how this stealthy spirit works and how you can shut the door on its lies and manipulations to clear up communications, strengthen relationships, and get your destiny back on track.

Book excerpt: 2nd Edition of "Defeating the Leviathan Spirit" In this 2nd Edition book I take a closer look at the strange fire of Leviathan and how its spreading like a wildfire in the Charismatic Church. I am a Charismatic Christian myself, but we must test the spirits also, and not assume everything that is spiritual is of the Holy Spirit. In addition, I've written a new chapter examining the Trump presidency and how it is being effected by the Leviathan spirit. I also provide guidance for how Christians should respond to the scandals and how we should pray. For too long the spirit of Leviathan has remained hidden. Even when he is exposed he manages to pass from our memory and retreat back into the dark. This spirit is like a crocodile and remains hidden until a opportunity to strike comes.Wherever this spirit works there are arguments breaking out and reconciliation seems to be impossible when this spirit is lurking around behind the scenes. Jesus Christ is shining His light upon this elusive spirit once again. Through this book you will learn the character traits of this evil spirit. One whole chapter is dedicated to this evil spirit. That chapter is Job 41 and it is full of metaphorical language. I will interpret this cryptic chapter for you so that you can understand this spirit. Each verse will be examined in detail. In addition, you will see how this spirit influences global events. At the end of the book there is a prayer to break the curses of pride/Leviathan, plus there is a self-deliverance prayer to cast out lesser Leviathan spirits and any demons related to this spirit. Leviathan is the king over all the children of pride. Many Christians unknowingly serve Leviathan as king through the sin of pride. It is time to leave Leviathan's kingdom and rededicate our lives to the Lord Jesus Christ and His kingdom. After you have read this book you will know how to defeat Leviathan as an individual and as a church. It is my hope that pastors get a hold of this book so they can break the grip of this spirit off their congregations. May God expose this spirit to you and give you the grace and power needed to defeat it.

She is to Satan whom the Holy Spirit is to God. Her witchcraft is the most sophisticated in the list because she is in charge. She is the eternal partner of Satan. She is the direct executive of Satan. No department of Satan's kingdom can act without her knowledge. She is in possession of every sinner's file. Satan himself, in most cases cannot do much without this principality. Her office is next to that of Satan. She is the inspirer of all false doctrines. She is the overseer of dead churches and all evil groups, anti-God and anti-Christ organizations. She is the character builder of all evil men. Her chief ministry is to misinterpret, oppose and fight God and his people. This book exposes her mode of operation and how to defeat her with prayers.

Book excerpt: A Los Angeles Times Best Non-Fiction Book of 2007 A Boston Globe Best Non-Fiction Book of 2007 Amazon.com Editors pick as one of the 10 best history books of 2007 Winner of the 2007 John Lyman Award for U. S. Maritime History, given by the North American Society for Oceanic History "The best history of American whaling to come along in a generation." —Nathaniel Philbrick The epic history of the "iron men in wooden boats" who built an industrial empire through the pursuit of whales. "To produce a mighty book, you must choose a mighty theme," Herman Melville proclaimed, and this absorbing history demonstrates that few things can capture the sheer danger and desperation of men on the deep sea as dramatically as whaling. Eric Jay Dolin begins his vivid narrative with Captain John Smith's botched whaling expedition to the New World in 1614. He then chronicles the rise of a burgeoning industry—from its brutal struggles during the Revolutionary period to its golden age in the mid-1800s when a fleet of more than 700 ships hunted the seas and American whale oil lit the world, to its decline as the twentieth century dawned. This sweeping social and economic history provides rich and often fantastic accounts of the men themselves, who mutinied, murdered, rioted, deserted, drank, scrimshawed, and recorded their experiences in journals and memoirs. Containing a wealth of naturalistic detail on whales, Leviathan is the most original and stirring history of American whaling in many decades.

Book excerpt: The first suggests that states can be held responsible because they are 'moral agents' like human beings, with similar capacities for deliberation and intentional action. A state is responsible in the same way in which an indivdiual is responsible. The second sthat states can be held responsible because they are legal persons that act vicariously through their officials; states are 'principals' rather than agents, and the model for state responsibility is a case of vicariously liability, such as when an employer is held financially liable for the actions of her employee. Sam Fleming reconstructs and develops a forgotten understanding of state responsibility from Thomas Hobbes' political thought. Like proponents of the two theories of state responsibility, Hobbes considered states to be 'persons', meaning that actions, rights, and responsibilities can be attributed to them. States can be said to wage war, possess sovereignty, and owe money.

Book excerpt: The first novel in a masterful trilogy by #1 New York Times bestselling author Scott Westerfeld that School Library Journal hailed is "sure to become a classic." It is the cusp of World War I. The Austro-Hungarians and Germans have their Clankers, steam-driven iron machines loaded with guns and ammunition. The British Darwinists employ genetically fabricated animals as their weaponry. Their Leviathan is a whale airship, and the most masterful beast in the British fleet. Aleksandar Ferdinand, a Clanker, and Deryn Sharp, a Darwinist, are on opposite sides of the war. But their paths cross in the most unexpected way, taking them both aboard the Leviathan on a fantastical, around-the-world adventure….One that will change both their lives forever.
