Book excerpt: 3 BOOKS IN 1: BOOK #1 > IIFYM & Flexible Dieting: The Ultimate Beginner's Flexible Calorie Counting Diet Guide To Eat All The Foods You Love, If It Fits Your Macros And Still Build Muscle, Burn Fat And Lose Weight This way of dieting has been gaining vast popularity and chances are you've heard of it. If you've done any research on IIFYM & Flexible Dieting in the past you've, perhaps, realized that no foods are off limits. No food groups are labeled good or bad for you. What matters, in this style of dieting, is if your macro budget has room for the foods you want to eat. If so then you're in the clear! So how did this type of dieting come about? Well, bodybuilder's in the old days simply got tired of eating the same bland foods when preparing for a competition. They ate the kind of food that scares people away from attempting to lose weight in the first place! These boring, clean meals, included chicken, broccoli, rice, veggies, eggs, and well-you get the picture. There's no denying that this "bro science" approach to dieting works, but the real question is: is it worth it? After years of making bodybuilders miserable "If It Fits Your Macros" was born. IIFYM is thus a way to improve one's body composition by not solely relying on clean foods. BOOK #2 > Intermittent Fasting: The Ultimate Beginner's Guide To The Intermittent Fasting Diet Lifestyle - Delay, Don't Deny Food - Finally Lose Weight, Burn Fat, Live A Healthier & More Productive Life The popularity of intermittent fasting is gaining momentum in the market today when people are getting tired of numerous diets that sound easy to do at first attempt but usually don't work well in the long run. Book excerpt: You don't need to obsess over what foods you eat and track your daily calories--fasting is a more effective and more sustainable diet, and it's easier than you think! Intermittent fasting is the solution to dropping pounds and boosting your overall health, and it won't leave you feeling hungry. By restricting the window of time in which you eat food, for example only eating two meals per day within an 8-hour time period, you are well on your way to a more healthy, adaptable body. Intermittent fasting aids weight loss, and is a key therapeutic tool for a variety of hormone- and health-related concerns. (1) Decrease insulin resistance (2) Reduce inflammation (3) Improve cardiovascular health (4) Prevent cancer (5) Protect the brain from disease (6) Extend lifespan You've heard of the concept, but you're not sure where to start. In Part 1, this visual, comprehensive guide will help you to identify your goals and select one of various fasting programs. Choose from several eating patterns: the 16/8 method; the Warrior Diet; the 5:2 diet; and alternate day fasts. Learn the answers to all of your questions, like "Can I drink water and coffee while fasting?" In Part 2, meal plans and recipes will aid your fasting diet. Meal plans are developed so that food leaves you satisfied for hours or even days. With lower carb, higher fat, and moderate protein, recipes offer you the key nutrition you need to make your fasts productive and sustainable.

Featuring 'The Fasting Book' and the 'Intermittent Fasting Guide', this bundle includes all the information you need to begin, or continue, your journey to increased energy, overall better health, and weight loss with Fasting. Whether you are interested in traditional Fasting or Intermittent Fasting, you're covered. Here's a quick look at what's inside: Traditional Fasting is not about hunger, and it is certainly not about starving. Fasting IS about: Changing your life so that you can do more with less time. Supercharging your body's regeneration systems and looking younger. Altering your mind and charting a course forward that results in the ability to convert your newfound discipline and clarity. You may look to fasting for the purpose of losing weight, but you are going to get a lot more. If you are overweight, then your body is telling you something. It is telling you that your body is in distress. It is overworking and it is not burning as much as it should. You need to take heed to its warning. You need to reverse the damage that is being inflicted on the body because of poor nutritional decisions. This book shows you the benefits that you can expect and plots a day to day, play by play of what to do and what to expect when you do a full fast and just get by on water alone. What's more important than the fasting days, and how many you can do, is the pre-fast preparation and the post fast return to food. This book meticulously guides you from one step to the next in preparing days before you fast so that you get the most benefit from it, and it shows you how to break fast so that you don't stress your digestive system after days of fasting. Intermittent Fasting is also more than just a way to lose weight or get your cholesterol down; it is a pattern of energy and nutrition consumption that is compatible with the basic structure and state of the human body. It makes use of the body's metabolic processes and allows for high levels of operation and increased efficiency in the food-energy-work conversion. It also results in a high nutritional density so that the body can get what it needs to function at the highest capacity. This book's aim is to show you how Intermittent Fasting can change the way you look and the way you feel by showing you what is going on in your body and your mind. It is a holistic approach to wellness without being a mere listing of unintelligible plans and instructions. This book is meant to bring you up to speed on ways and methods of how you should treat food, your body, and your mind to get the best results out of the Intermittent Fasting program. It starts with the thorough yet relevant explanation of the history and the biology of the body's method of energy acquisition and consumption. It goes on to separate how glucose and fat operate in the body and how the metabolism of each result in energy profiles that influence a person's weight gain, weight loss and overall health. Whether you are interested in traditional Fasting or Intermittent Fasting, this is the last book you will need. Enjoy What are you waiting for? Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: See if this sounds familiar: you’ve just started a new diet, certain that it’s going to be different this time around and that it’s going to work. You’re cranking along, adjust to the new eating (and exercise) patterns and everything is going just fine. For a while. Then the problem hits. Maybe it’s something small, a slight deviation or dalliance. There’s a bag of cookies and you have one or you’re at the mini mart and just can’t resist a little something that’s not on your diet. Or maybe it’s something a little bit bigger, a party or special event comes up and you know you won’t be able to stick with your diet. Or, at the very extreme, maybe a vacation comes up, a few days out of town or even something longer, a week or two. What do you do?Now, if you’re in the majority, here’s what happens: You eat the cookie and figure that you’ve blown your diet and might as well eat the entire bag. Clearly you were weak willed and pathetic for having that cookie, the guilt sets in and you might as well just start eating and eating and eating.Or since the special event is going to blow your diet, you might as well eat as much as you can and give up, right? The diet is obviously blown by that single event so might as well chuck it all in the garbage. Vacations can be the ultimate horror, it’s not as if you’re going to go somewhere special for 3 days (or longer) and stay on your diet, right? Might as well throw it all out now and just eat like you want, gain back all the weight and then some. What if I told you that none of the above had to happen? What if I told you that expecting to be perfect on your diet was absolutely setting you up for failure, that being more flexible about your eating habits would make them work better? What if I told you that studies have shown that people who are flexible dieters (as opposed to rigid dieters) tend to weigh less, show better adherence to their diet in the long run and have less binge eating episodes? What if I told you that deliberately fitting in ‘free’ (or cheat or reward) meals into your diet every week would make it work better in the long run, that deliberately overeating for 5-24 hours can sometimes be a necessary part of a diet (especially for active individuals), that taking 1-2 weeks off of your diet to eat normally may actually make it easier to stick with in the long run in addition to making it work better.I can actually predict that your response is one of the following. Some may think I’m making the same set of empty promises that every other book out there makes. But I have the data and real-world experience to back up my claims. Or, maybe the idea of making your diet less strict and miserable is something you actively resist. I’ve run into this with many dieters; they seem to equate suffering and misery with success and would rather doom themselves to failure by following the same pattern that they’ve always followed rather than consider an alternate approach. Finally, maybe what little I wrote above makes intuitive sense to you and you want to find out more.Regardless of your reaction to what I’ve written, I already have your money so you might as well read on.I should probably warn you that this isn’t a typical diet book. You won’t find a lot of rah-rah or motivational types of writing, there are no food lists and no recipes. There are thousands of other books out there which fit that bill if that’s what you want but this isn’t it.

Book excerpt: Diets are failing in an epic way. Chances are you've tried one of the popular diets out there. The Atkins Diet, The South Beach Diet, The Zone Diet, The Blood Type Diet, The Eat Clean Diet, The Alkaline Diet, The Ornish Diet, The Insert Name Here Diet. You probably lost some weight... for awhile. Did you keep it off? Chances are you didn't. In fact, chances are you regained it all back and possibly then some. You aren't alone. Six out of seven people who are overweight are able to successfully lose weight during their lifetime. But 85-95% of them will fail at keeping it off in the long term. If this sounds bad, consider that ⅓-⅔ of those people will add back on more weight than they lost in the first place! If this cycle is repeated it can turn into 'yo-yo dieting', quite possibly one of the worst things you can do for your mental and physical health.Ask anyone and they will tell you that you need to lose weight and keep it off and prevent yo-yo dieting, but no one gives you an idea of HOW to accomplish that. What makes our book different? We discuss WHY diets fail on a physiological, psychological, and sociological level so you can better understand why what you did previously did not work. Then we also detail the MOST IMPORTANT behaviors, methods, and traits for losing weight and KEEPING IT OFF.This book is for everyone who wants to lose weight and keep it off, especially for those frustrated and hopeless chronic dieters tired of trying all the popular diets only to repeatedly fail. There is still hope to be found in these pages. Please give us the chance to guide you.
