These papers represent truly global research in the field, with contributions from Australia, Belgium, Bhutan, Canada, Chile, China, Czech Republic, Estonia, Malta, Nigeria, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, United Kingdom and United States of America.
