Its colors are golden-fawn and green, and its head and neck have the lustre of polished metals. The Golden Pheasant, which you may sometimes see in this country, has a golden-colored crest, an orange-colored neck speckled with black, a green back, a yellow rump, red under parts, red wings with a blue spot on them, and a long brown tail spotted with gray.
