Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: EQUALLY AT HOME IN A CLASSIC BUNGALOW SURROUNDED BY ANTIQUES OR A LOFT APARTMENT DECORATED WITH MODERN ART, THE CREATIONS OF A DEDICATED CONTINGENT OF FURNITURE MAKERS TAKE CENTER STAGE IN TODAY'S ARTS & CRAFTS DECOR. One-of-a-kind pieces in wood, metal, pottery, tile, glass, and textiles are testaments to the enduring influence of visionary designers such as Gustav Stickley, Greene & Greene, and Frank Lloyd Wright. Building on the grand simplicity and exceptional quality that were hallmarks of the original Arts & Crafts movement, talented furniture makers fuel the Arts & Crafts Revival, still gaining momentum after two decades of growth. Twenty contemporary artisans are profiled in Arts & Crafts Style and Spirit, and the works of many more are shown. Their meticulous craftsmanship is seen in wooden furniture; lamps and lighting fixtures of metal, mica, and art glass; handmade vases and one-of-a-kind tiles; linen table runners and pillows. The Arts & Crafts tradition is not only upheld by contemporary designer-craftspeople but expanded and refined for a new generation of collectors and aficionados. The result is a simple, elegant approach to living that makes any home a refuge.

This book was released on 2014-06-02 with total page 246 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Although Basil of Caesarea was the first to write a discourse on the Holy Spirit, many scholars have since questioned if he fully believed in the Spirit’s divinity. Timothy P. McConnell argues that Basil did regard the Spirit as fully divine and an equal Person of the Trinity. However, Basil refused to use philosophical terminology to make the point, preferring to use what the Spirit revealed through divine act and Scripture. Thus, “illumination” becomes the primary paradigm for Basil, which later theologians would come to call revelation, setting the stage for this study’s high relevance for contemporary thought.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Most of the information in this book came from Angels and Spiritual Masters, who are living in the greater World of Spirit. Therefore, I would like to thank all the Angels and Masters who came down to do their work for God in Love and with Love, and all their helpers, who helped me to fulfill an oath I made. During an out of the body experience, while standing at Mountain Zion in the Presence of God, I promised Him that I would tell all the people the truth about Him and His Spiritual Messengers, the Angels and other life in the Spirit World. All the Angels and Masters spoken to have nothing but Love for God, their fellows spirits, all of Mankind and the Animal Kingdom. Life as we know it, continuo after death in a slightly different format, and regardless of what we say or believe every one of us knows deep in our inner being that we came from the world of spirit, and we knows deep inside ourselves that that world is real, and that we must one day return to it. Regardless of what we say or believe, we know within ourselves about the Presence of God! I have used most of these short stories as talks during church services, because Angels advised me what to write down, and to use what they have shown me in the world of spirit, as the talk. Therefore, most of the information in this book is from spiritual beings, they are the real authors of this book. I am just an instrument used by them as a voice box in the wilderness of Babel', to explain some of the wonderful stories we read of in the bible. In this way am I also complying with the vow I made to God.
