The principal details are practically identical for both types of cars. The interior arrangement is the same, with the exception of the seats and an additional sink opposite the women's saloon in the chair cars, which is provided with hot and cold water and was installed for the convenience of women passengers traveling with children. The coaches will seat 83 passengers and the chair cars 76. The chair cars are used in the transcontinental service. Both types of cars measure 70 ft.
