The Secretary cannot do all the work. Pastors can greatly aid him in arranging two or three days' meetings at central points, and providing a mission program for discussion. It is impossible for any one man to go from church to church in the State. He must meet the people in large assemblies. The pastors alone can arrange these meetings.
