It is based on research in the Nordic countries, but many of the studies are global in nature and the result of collaborations between researchers from many parts of the world. Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers.
