Following the design of a parallel Bible, with four columns side by side, the Revelation Chapter is the left-most column. In column #2 is the commentary on that Chapter with references to other verses and passages. To save the reader from searching for reference Books and verses, those Scriptures are printed in column #3 on the side-facing page. Column #4 consists of the commentary for the reference verses.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Two things are quintessential to the book of Revelation. The heart of Jesus and the heart of unconverted natural man. These are contrary to each other, yet need not be difficult to understand or identify. Jesus referred to himself as both the Son of God and the Son of Man because he had come in flesh to redeem us from the curse. Later, John stated that every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ is come in flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, of which ye have heard that it should come, and that now it is already in the world (1 John 4:3). In Revelation, Jesus, through John, takes this into much greater detail so that we can grasp the principle of what antichrist means, and how it could already be in the world in John’s day. Of course, any discussion of the antichrist also necessitates discussion of the beast and the mark of the beast. This is because the antichrist and the beast are inseparable. In God’s eyes, unconverted natural man is a beast, and the mark of the beast is the nature of the beast, which is also the nature of antichrist. If we can understand this fundamental precept, our ability to understand the Book of Revelation becomes greatly expanded. The only other requirement is that we have a clean heart before God. Sadly, many commentaries on Revelation ignore the need to have a clean heart in order to survive what’s coming. In Quintessential Revelation: Understanding the Heart of Jesus in the Imminent Day of the Lord, author Russell M. Stendal shows us how the unconverted natural man, a.k.a., the flesh, that man of sin, the beast, or antichrist, as well as the devil, all share the same essence and fate. On the other hand, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, along with those who are written into the Book of Life, also share in eternal essence and an eternal fate. Digging deep into the signs, the wonders, and the prophets, the author helps us discover the genuine Christian’s role in the soon-to-be-fulfilled book of Revelation.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Is this the end of the world? Recent events with the recent COVID-19 pandemic and other catastrophes that have affected the entire world signal that the end days are on our doorsteps. The Judge and King, Jesus Christ, is standing at the door. He is ready to come and shake up this world and judge sin. What can we do? What we should NOT do is give into fear and panic, both tools of Satan. There should be no room for fear in our lives when we trust the One who died for us and loves us with immeasurable love. What we SHOULD do is understand what is happening and will happen in the near future according to God's Word.God has graciously explained in great detail what His plan is for the world in the "last days." The End of the Beginning Bible Study on the book of Revelation is an in-depth Bible study designed to teach the Word of God in a clear, understandable way for both individual and group study. Each lesson consists of information and questions to be answered from the text, both essay and fill in the blank. These questions will direct the student into the text and lead them to compare Scripture to Scripture to better understand it. Included are 4 chapters from the book of Daniel into this study because Daniel lays a foundation to understand the truths in the book of Revelation. This study takes the literal view of Scripture unless the passage clearly states it is a figure of speech. I believe in a literal pre-tribulation rapture of the church, a literal 7-year Great Tribulation with a world dictator called the Antichrist, and a literal kingdom age where Christ will rule the world from Jerusalem for 1,000 years. The Bible must be taken literally to be understood as God meant it to be, and it must be studied diligently and correctly. In this study, you will compare Scripture to Scripture, read the passage in its context, and discover the Greek meanings of the words used. You will learn the customs of the day in which it was written. You will be encouraged to memorize a verse or two of Scripture with each lesson. The book of Revelation is told from God's perspective. You will be caught up with John to the "third" heaven, and witness the incredible and awesome things God does in these last days. Having gained a better understanding of what will happen next, you will find hope and peace about God being in control of world events, and you will experience joy in your daily walk as you grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. My prayer is that this Bible study will lead to a deeper passion for God and for His Word, and that passion will motivate many to share with those who are lost the hope we have in Christ Jesus. What people are saying about the study: "I loved the thorough research into the passage, the questions that caused us to dig deeper, and how the study taught me to compare the text with other passages of Scripture to provide clarity. Learning the Greek meaning behind the English words was special to me. I appreciated the historical background that the study provided and the personal applications. I learned so much from this study that I intend to teach others in my church." Kathy "The lessons were well thought out and well prepared. I have confidence in Virginia's knowledge of the Bible. She patiently taught helped me understand the Bible better." Lois "It was a very in-depth study, and I learned a lot." Donna

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The book of revelation is the last of the sixty-six books of the Bible. As such, it is the concluding word of God and therefore occupies a special position. Whereas a blessing is attached to its reading, a curse is pronounced against anyone adding to its text—thus reflecting how very important is this book of God's word. The content of this present work, which will be two volumes in length, comprises the text of what were two separate series of messages on Revelation spoken by the author in, respectively, the year 2007 and back during the 1950s. After these many years, and inasmuch as we sense the return of the Lord Jesus to be increasingly imminent, we believe that there is a need to make these spoken words available in print in order that many more of God's people may receive the promised blessing. It is our prayer that all who shall read this book will receive God's blessing in their being better prepared for the imminent return to the earth of our blessed Lord Jesus Christ.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book is about the Lord Jesus Christ and who He really is. When we read the Bible, we should remember the principle: “The last revelation carries the greater weight.” The final revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ to the last living of His disciples, the apostle John, a short time before the apostle John was also to expire, was a final word to His beloved disciple, containing the most important things for the life of the Christian church. And since the last revelation carries the greater weight, we should embrace these last messages of the Lord with great care and believe these words, even if they would upset well-established doctrines in the churches. Only the Lord Jesus Christ is worthy to be praised, and He is the only one who deserves the attention of this book.
