As the author writes, "There are lessons to be learned by all." Gloria Bonds is an author and a PhD candidate in clinical psychology. Her professional and educational background in human relations and psychology has given her a broad base from which to approach various subject matters. Her master's capstone project examined the successful outcome of high school abstinence intervention programs without prior instruction on sexual media content. She is a member of The Writer's Center, The Association of Writers and Writing Programs, The Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, The American Psychological Association, and The Association for Psychological Science.
