Then suddenly one day, the reality comes up when he suddenly becomes an old lover and no longer around, you will wake up with a messy feeling, and feel empty when everything that both have torn together as suddenly as they have never existed. The reality is broken, you will search for the meaning of life without the other, you will also ask yourself whether this is the real love the two have ended, not stop at When the reality of the past is overwhelmed by the faint prism that will drag on ... All negative emotions will come as if to break all the motivation to strive. You will also gradually lose faith in yourself, around people as well as no longer believe in happiness ... Do you know why we can not forget someone easily, even after a few months, or a few years? That's because whenever someone leaves you, your "survival instinct" will be activated and become extremely powerful. But what does this mean?Do you know why a small child always cried when his mother went out of sight in only 5 minutes? That is because the child has been pushed to the brink of survival, must be alone. Being abandoned means "DEATH." This is why the children, naturally, tend to seek their mother for protection and love, and also why they cry. There is an interesting thing here!Do you know that even though we are adults, our brains can still be in a state of activation of survival when we have to endure a breakup? Because our brains have defaulted that we CAN BE DISABLED, WE WILL NOT TAKE OUT.I hope these things mean something to you. Because just understanding this has helped you avoid a lot of psychological damage. And this book will tell you the naked truth of separation, This book will give you a method.- How long have you been parting?- How did you suffer?- How many mistakes did you make?At 4 weeks, all negative emotions will go away. You will much more be a person of SELF, SECRET, SAFE.And much, much more!Would you like to know more?Download and start moving towards your goals.Scroll up and click the buy button.

Relationships come and go, but those that remain are tested over time. Then there are some relationships that are supposedly safe-havens to grow and cherish, but that safety can become violated and the results can be devastating. Psalms 34:18 tells us, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Imagine if we treated broken hearts with the same respect and concern we have for broken arms? Psychologist Guy Winch urges us to rethink the way we deal with emotional pain, offering warm, wise, and witty advice for the broken-hearted. Real heartbreak is unmistakable. We think of nothing else. We feel nothing else. We care about nothing else. Yet while we wouldn’t expect someone to return to daily activities immediately after suffering a broken limb, heartbroken people are expected to function normally in their lives, despite the emotional pain they feel. Now psychologist Guy Winch imagines how different things would be if we paid more attention to this unique emotion—if only we can understand how heartbreak works, we can begin to fix it. Through compelling research and new scientific studies, Winch reveals how and why heartbreak impacts our brain and our behavior in dramatic and unexpected ways, regardless of our age. Emotional pain lowers our ability to reason, to think creatively, to problem solve, and to function at our best. In How to Fix a Broken Heart he focuses on two types of emotional pain—romantic heartbreak and the heartbreak that results from the loss of a cherished pet. These experiences are both accompanied by severe grief responses, yet they are not deemed as important as, for example, a formal divorce or the loss of a close relative. As a result, we are often deprived of the recognition, support, and compassion afforded to those whose heartbreak is considered more significant. Our heart might be broken, but we do not have to break with it. Winch reveals that recovering from heartbreak always starts with a decision, a determination to move on when our mind is fighting to keep us stuck. We can take control of our lives and our minds and put ourselves on the path to healing. Winch offers a toolkit on how to handle and cope with a broken heart and how to, eventually, move on.

Book excerpt: This book shows how interpretations of suicidal motives were guided by gendered expectations of behaviour, and that these expectations were constructed to create meaning and understanding for family, friends and witnesses. Providing an insight into how people of this era understood suicidal behaviour and motives, it challenges the assertion that suicide was seen as a distinctly feminine act, and that men who took their own lives were feminized as a result. Instead, it shows that masculinity was understood in a more nuanced way than gender binaries allow, and that a man's masculinity was measured against other men. Focusing on four common narrative types; the love-suicide, the unemployed suicide, the suicide of the fraudster or speculator, and the suicide of the dishonoured solider, it provides historical context to modern discussions about the crisis of masculinity and rising male suicide rates. It reveals that narratives around male suicides are not so different today as they were then, and that our modern model of masculinity can be traced back to the 19th century.
