At the same time, Casey is riddled with guilt and sadness about not having helped a good friend who has run away from home. They are shocked when another good friend is killed in a fiery boat crash for reasons they find out to their regret. Again, Casey and Lexie, with courage, persistence, and avid curiosity solve another mystery. Who knows what the next challenge will be?
