They're simply expected to lead without being taught how to lead. And, they do the best they can. This book will help them grow beyond supervision and management. They will understand what it means to be a high impact leader of people and how to become a more effective front line leader. They will learn how to move beyond managing people and to begin leading people. As I share the principles that allowed me to be promoted 14 times in the first 20 years of my career, they will learn how to get noticed by the right leaders and how to get promoted for the right reasons.
